Il Dispenser eroga automaticamente la dose di detersivo e ammorbidente su misura per ciascun carico, evitando il rischio di sovra o sotto dosaggio. Il dosatore può contenere abbastanza prodotto per 1 mese di lavaggi*, cosi non dovrai riempire la vaschetta ogni volta.

Grazie all’erogatore manuale puoi usare detersivo in polvere e detersivi specifici, come lana e seta. Gli erogatori automatici permettono di usare la quantità di detersivo necessaria in base alla durezza e al livello dell’acqua.

Ecodosatore Flex

Il dispenser eroga automaticamente la quantità di detersivo e ammorbidente più indicata per ogni carico. Può contenere detersivo e ammorbidente per un massimo di 25 cicli, oppure fino a 47 cicli se si utilizza solo il detersivo*. Inoltre, con il sistema Flex si possono caricare due tipi diversi di detergente e scegliere volta per volta quale utilizzare.

* I risultati effettivi possono variare a seconda dell'uso. Lo scomparto del detersivo può contenere detergente generico per max 25 cicli. Lo scomparto Flex invece può contenere ammorbidente per max 34 cicli, detergente generico per max 22 cicli o detersivo speciale per max 29 cicli.

Lava o asciuga tanti capi in una sola volta, risparmiando tempo e fatica! Con una capacità di 18 kg in lavaggio e 11 kg in asciugatura, la lavasciuga può contenere tanti capi anche molto voluminosi, ad esempio un piumone invernale. È dotata di un cestello di grandi dimensioni che sfrutta bene lo spazio e migliora il controllo delle vibrazioni.

Asciuga i capi in modo rapido e uniforme, con meno pieghe e grinze. L'esclusivo sistema di condotti presenta una struttura del flusso d'aria migliorata, che assicura un alto livello di efficienza termica. Uno scambiatore di calore di grandi dimensioni migliora il processo di deumidificazione, mentre l'efficiente modulo di ventilazione genera un elevato volume d'aria.

Pulisce a fondo il bucato e protegge i capi delicati. Ecobubble™ genera una schiuma attiva che penetra nel tessuto rapidamente. La funzione Speed Spray elimina lo sporco e i residui di detergente. Pulizia automatica del condensatore

Mantiene sempre pulito il condensatore di calore, per assicurare la massima efficienza. Viene effettuata tramite un potente getto d’acqua sullo scambiatore di calore appena prima della fine del ciclo di asciugatura. Questa funzione rimuove i pelucchi e lo sporco che si accumulano con il passare del tempo e che riducono l'efficacia di asciugatura.

Filtraggio efficace

Raccoglie i pelucchi per mantenere sempre puliti sia i vestiti che lo scarico. Questo doppio filtro per lanugine è molto ampio ed è dotato di un doppio strato che consente di raccogliere efficacemente pelucchi, lanugine e particelle. You throw your damp clothes in, hit a bunch of buttons that light up with fancy symbols, and hope for the best. Sometimes everything comes out warm and dry on the first try, but other times you're tossing it all back in for round two because a hoodie sleeve is still mysteriously damp. The beep it makes when it's done is pretty catchy, though it definitely likes to sing its little song way before you're actually ready to fold anything. It looks sleek and modern in the laundry room, matching the whole aesthetic, and it hasn't completely broken down on me, which is a massive plus. At the end of the day, it's a giant metal box that gets hot and spins around, and honestly, it does that job well enough that I can't really complain too much.

There is a cycle for everything you might want to wash. I love the options to add extra dry time or pause in between washing and drying to add dryer sheets. The washer is relatively quiet and there is no major movementor vibration. The machine weighs a few hundred pounds. I have not experienced any condensation or moisture on the outside of the unit while in use. I love that I can put in dry dirty clothes and come back to dry clean clothes. The detergent dispenser also makes my detergent and fabric softener last much longer due to load sensing. Cons: One of the new updates removed the shortcut for the drum light. It was very useful having it on the main screen to use.

With a typical 2 machine setup, I’d be starting a load in the dryer while starting a fresh load in the washer, which would save time. Now I have to wait for a full cycle to end before I can start a new one, which puts me back time wise. Moisture levels are good. Clothes do come out slightly damp and need a quick shake, as per the manufacturer instructions. The options for cycles is helpful. Large loads, bedding, quick wash are all great. Low noise and vibration. I used to be able to hear our old washer throughout the house and now I do t hear anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from a tradition washer/dryer combo set to a all-in-one, I was wary of some criticisms. Such as longer washing/drying time, smaller capacity, vibration concerns, and clothes not feeling dry/moist. After using this machine for almost 6 months, I can say those issues are limited in my use case. For context, my machine is hooked up in the garage. I usually run 3 to 4 loads of laundry per week. Between work clothes, towels, light and dark laundry, I have used the default AI Opti Wash & Dry cycle. Only change I've made is tap cold as I believe it is better for clothes longevity. Back to washing/drying time, yes it does take longer then a 2 set combo. But, the time you save transferring or forgetting to transfer is such a nice thing to not worry about. Also, using the smart things app allows you to monitor progress even when away from the machine. And the capacity is smaller, but it is so easy to do more loads since it auto-dispenses detergent. And by doing laundry more often, it does a better job with moisture. I find that with the open door option after completion helps with drying the clothes further. And lastly, I find the noise to be less than my old dryer. I think the heft of the machine helps dampens the vibration as it does not shake side to side like my older dryer did. At least, much less than my old dryer. All in all, so glad I switched to a all in one washer/dryer as the ease and convenience have made laundry day set and forget. Now if only it could fold laundry too, then laundry day would be such a breeze.

It requires constant product care, draining, cleaning etc. It constantly stops and you have to restart. It took 12hrs to wash and dry a load of towels this weekend....12hrs! If you do not get the clothes out immediately, they wrinkle. You cannot launder a large load because it leaves wrinkles in shirts. Dryer vent is not made to be functional. We finally broke down and have ordered a washer and dryer. The 12hrs to do a load of towels was the last straw. Do not recommend and we have multiple items by Samsung

This machine is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 6 months and I’ve already had it serviced 3 times and it’s broken again. The clothes still smell when they come out, they are not dry at the end of the dry cycle. It constantly gives error codes. We’ve had it leak several times. When you try to schedule a service callout Samsung online it’s almost impossible. You get a message to troubleshoot it online or over the phone when you clearly need someone to come out to service it. Do not buy this product. We have vented one also and it’s only slightly better.

I’m sure I’ll learn to like it more than my precious w/d, but right now I miss being able to toss some clothes in the dryer with a wet washcloth and just turn the dial to how long I want to dry and select the heat level (to get wrinkles out). Everything on this one requires multiple menu selections and each cycle is way too long. I want to fluff my comforter when I change the bedding - but the air fluff options don’t include heat. I miss being able to toss clothes in the w/d and turn a dial or hit a button and you’re off a running. Otherwise it’s great - just difficult to set up and learn the most efficient way to do what you want.

I love this washer. I have a horrible habit of forgetting to switch laundry and this device prevents that. I also love that it adds the perfect amount of detergent. Cons: Do not sit anything on top, we noticed anytime something wad on top, the dry cycle would make this awfully loud noice. We would have to stop the device for a bit and do a timed dry after some time. Another con is it no longer telling me when my detergent is empty. So ive been finding myself washing loads without knowing theres no detergent in there.

We've been using this washer/dryer combo for 1 month now and it works great! Just as advertised. No issues with it yet. As expected, it does take a bit longer to finish each load but we usually start them overnight. Only once were the clothes not completely dry, but this happened more often with our previous traditional dryer. The AI load-sensing option is nice too. Highly recommend!

This problem started after a software update. I’m very disappointed that my Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo now disables the automatic detergent dispenser on certain cycles and forces me to add detergent manually. I use the same gentle detergent for all my laundry, so this change is completely unnecessary for me. PLEASE give users the option to keep the automatic dispenser ON instead of forcing manual detergent use. Thank you for your time!

The machine is amazing, I love the timing of the loads. However, compared to a washer dryer stackable It gets confusing when you put a load in and you want to remove clothes to air dry because all the clothes get washed together and usually you just transfer the clothes to a dryer and to hang but it’s hard to swift through the clothes and find the air dry clothes that need to be hung up. That’s the only thing but the machine is amazing.

Once learned, the interface and SmartThings app are easy to use and customize. They remember my favorite cycles! I was shocked and concerned that a load could take 4-6 hours. It turns out that 4 hours to wash and dry is a comfortable pace for me. I start a load in the morning or before bedtime. Then my laundry is ready for me in the morning or after work. On the weekends, I start a load and then go on to other things — cleaning house, running errands, going to brunch or a movie, relax, soak in the tub, whatever I want to do. When I come home, I fold and put away. No more moving wet clothes sitting and becoming smelly or moving them to the dryer. With the large reservoir, there’s no more adding detergent or softener to each load. Our clothes are washed and dried and smell great every time! Our laundry is on autopilot!

The con is that it can take a long time for one wash compared to 2 unites you can start washing another at the same time your first load dries . After trying out several features I’ve learned what settings works best for my load for example at first my jeans would look like raisins the texture but with dry prep and wrinkle free it works well. I am still learning on how to keep my unit as clean as possible for example is you wait for the warning signs to clear out the drain it might just give you more trouble. It’s all in keeping up with maintenance.

Look up specs and looking on site dont really put into practice your specific use case. I did all my research ahead and decided i would add this machine to my current laundry room setup. So glad i did. The capacity is huge. I have a cal king bed and in my other machine i can wash but not much room to tumble around. This machine however has a ton of space. I was able to was 2x the amount of jeans than i normally wood. So far i have used the ai cycle. I love that it holds a bunch of detergent and i do not have to add every use. Highly recommend this machine

I start my machine before leaving for work at 6am and come home at 6pm to clean items. The machine seems to have settings to wash anything and everything. I have had no problems with clothes not getting clean or dry. Have had it for over 2 years and the ability to throw in a load before bed and wakeup to fresh clothes is great, especially in a shift work 12 hour lifestyle. Only issue we have had is lint can clog up on the back even with every load filter cleaning. Grabbing a vent cleaning rod and grabbing the lint every so often corrects the issue and helps with the drying as well. Have recommended the washer to many people. Be aware the average large load is about 4.5 hours from start to finish but that is perfectly fine for my lifestyle as I start loads as I go to bed.

The multiple modes are really helpful and machine is a space saver. The machine also has a self balancing which even keeps heavy loads balanced with low vibration. Being wash and dry the seal stays clean without any funky smell.

Great product but with all all-in-one appliances to avoid wrinkles and smells you MUST remove clothing immediately after cycle is complete. Even doing so you must take care of clothing (hanging or airing out).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer/Dryer Combo. The biggest advantage is being able to wash and dry a full load in the same machine without having to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Load it, start the cycle, and come back to clean, dry clothes. The ventless design is also a huge plus. There’s no dryer vent to deal with, and the heat-pump drying system is much more efficient than a traditional electric dryer. Despite combining two appliances into one, the capacity is surprisingly good and works well for everyday laundry. The AI features do a good job of taking the guesswork out of selecting settings, and the controls are modern and easy to use. I also really like the automatic detergent dispensing—fill the reservoirs and the machine handles the amount needed for each load. Drying can take longer than a conventional high-powered dryer on certain loads, especially bulky or heavy items, but that’s a reasonable tradeoff for the efficiency and convenience of a ventless heat-pump system. Overall, the Bespoke AI All-in-One has made doing laundry much more convenient. It saves space, eliminates transferring wet clothes between machines, uses less energy for drying, and has enough smart features to actually be useful rather than gimmicky. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a modern all-in-one laundry setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for small apartments. I got the DC 110v ventless version I thought I had ordered the 220v version. This is important in cutting down the drying time. Still seems to work well. Issue is that you do need to change your washing habits. Since there is only one drum, it washes then dries in the same drum. I have a family of six and they love throwing clothes in and walking away until they need something. Which means the next person is forced to pull out the previous washer's clothes. Which honestly was always a problem with seperate washer dryer. The plus is you do not open the washer and get smacked with clothes stinking of damp stench. The one major design flaw is that lint (?) comes come out the water tube behind the detergent supply. If enough gets caught in the filter tube it stops spinning. When it goes from washing to dryer and it can't freely turn that filter it shuts down with an error code. You have to open the detergent/softerer door. pull out the detergent container. pull out the drain tube, Then turn the stopper which is not as easy as it should be. Also the length of the tube is not long enough to extend pass the door panel which swings down. You have to hold it while it drains then pull the filter remove the obstruction the put everything back. I just skip that by putting towel down ( I have the stand underneath and just let the water drain into the shelf. Faster but more cleanup. The issue is once you do this, you have to power reset the w/d and manually start the dryer option.

I was happy about having 1 machine to do washing and drying: No load swapping and only 1 footprint. I didn't have a 240v outlet so going ventless and 110v electric was my only option (no gas option). The ventless was a concern because where does the lint go?? I am meticulous about keeping the lint trap clean and keeping the lint area by the fins clean (upper right compartment). This also includes removing the lint filter and leaving the door open so the humidity by the coils and the ventless lint area can dissipate. Important step that nobody mentions. I've had my machine almost a year. I wanted to purchase another lint filter to have a spare because the lint screen is very fine and requires regular washing. I have two grown boys using this machine and given they break things, having a second filter is a smart choice. THERE IS NO FILTER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE BECAUSE THIS DESIGN IS DISCONTINUED. I have tried everything, including a service call, contacting SAMSUNG and their authorized parts distributors, and there is NO FILTER replacement available. This is the first time I have been disappointed by SAMSUNG in the 20+ years I have been a loyal customer, but this is a very expensive disappointment when this filter rips/fails. Let me finish on a positive note: The machine is quiet and there are no vibration issues (main floor over basement install). The dryer doesn't burn clothes like a gas dryer does and does take a little longer because it is a 110v electric heat source, but a simple full load start to finish takes about 2 hours. The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water spun out of the loads. I have never used my home machines for heavy blankets or quilts (laundry mat machines are built for those weights). Would I buy this again? Probably, but I know to check the availability of special parts like fine filters. I would have been happy with a vented all-in-one.

Please do not purchase this machine. It has been the worst major appliance purchase I have ever made. I wear alot of white and when I tell you I select the white cycle and sometimes with extra rinse because if you do not the clothes come out looking exactly the same even pre-treated and one wash and dry cycle can take 5.5 to 7 hours! I maybe wouldn't be annoyed if they came out clean, but they do not! I am single person so I don't necessarily wash all the time so it took some time to realize that I was not satisfied. I thought to myself maybe I need to learn and adjust the settings better. It was not that. Stay far far away from this machine. Your clothes do not come out clean and it takes forever. I cannot be more dissatisfied.

It opens right after is done to avoid moisture from wetting the clothes again.easy to clean filter.the automatic detergent and softener dispenser is great, it saves tons and you don't have to eyeball and pour on every wash. It has tons of cycles to choose from, but yes,most are lengthy. I don't mind much, I do it at night, save energy and the clothes are good in the morning, you can use the no wrinkle option and you are set. It was a locking option, for people with toddlers like myself. Im one of those who forget to move the clothes to the dryer after its done,and end up with smelly clothes, not with this machine .i really like it and recommend it.
